Pontoon Boat Tours offer a private and exclusive charter service. You and your guests enjoy the exclusive use of our pontoon with an experienced Captain. Most cruises can be tailored to your liking. We operate in the Mandurah and South Yunderup waterways including the Mandurah Estuary. We cruise the stunning blue waters of Mandurah - home to the Bottlenose dolphins, luxurious canal homes and a large array of restaurants and tourist attractions. Or navigate the natural wonders of the Murray River all the way to Pinjarra taking in secluded swimming beaches, farmland and this spectacular river system. Let our Captain guide you on the best trip to suit your taste.

We provide the Captain and exclusive use of our luxurious boats - so you can relax and enjoy the ride! Guests choose to bring refreshments, nibbles & lunch, hats, sunscreen, towel, bathers and camera. We do not take responsibility for items getting wet or damaged so please take precautions and bring waterproof bags if necessary. There is a BBQ on board so why not bring a BBQ pack and cook your meal on the water as you take in the magnificent scenery.

We provide a qualified and experienced Captain to navigate the waterways and cater to your needs.

Any guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

You are welcome to BYO alcohol. Drinking water, esky, ice and appropriate glassware is provided. No overly intoxicated passengers allowed so please enjoy in moderation. Unruly and disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Our pontoons are private vessels and passengers who are unruly may be asked to leave the boat or the cruise may be cancelled. We all want to have a great day out.

Depending on availability, we are happy to help & accommodate you if we can. Due to demand, anything within 2 weeks of reservation we will most likely not be able to accommodate changes.

We want you to have a fantastic day on the water, so please have your group at the designated pick up location 15 minutes prior to departure. Latecomers will delay the start of the cruise and time will not be made up. The Captain will wait at the designated pick up location for 1 hour only. After this time the cruise will be cancelled without refund.

No refunds are given for no-shows. If your group is running late, please contact our Captain 0417 914 533.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 2 weeks prior to your scheduled tour date will be issued a full refund

• 1 week prior to your scheduled cruise date you are subject to losing 50% of your cruise amount so we ask that you please call us on 0417914533

• 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour date you will be charged the full amount of your tour

Cruises are not cancelled due to weather conditions unless the Captain determines that conditions pose a safety risk.

Wearing life jackets is not mandatory but are carried on the vessel and are available on request. We recommend all children come wearing a suitable life jacket.

Our Pontoons will accommodate groups up to 12 on each boat. Each booking is a private reservation for the entire boat, so there is no minimum required to book.

We do! Our Captains are fully Coxswain qualified and First Aid trained professionals. Sit back and relax, we have you covered.
